Installation, Service and Support
We at Hoist Technology take full responsibility for our systems, which is why we employ both technicians and consultants with extensive industry experience. Hoist provides installation, training and upgrading services and the HotSoft Support Centre is always accessible and you can find out contact details and opening times opposite.
HotSoft Training
Hoist offers tailor-made training for both existing and new HotSoft users. Further training in HotSoft allows work to be made simpler and more effective through increased knowledge of the system's functions. The training will be specifically adapted according to your facility's needs and your employees' levels of knowledge. We can even split your users into smaller groups, thus ensuring your company avoids suffering from workforce shortages during the training period.
